Perfect for a larger home or estate. Upgrade Package B $300.00 A 5-7 minute video. The same as package A but includes scripted narration creating a feel for the home. One is branded with your logo and the other is unbranded for use on MLS. Includes two versions on DVD. Large Properties Properties 5,000 sq. Ft. and larger add $100.00 additional+$25.00 per 500 sq. Ft. Narration $35.00 DVD Duplication $20.00 Includes custom menus and chapter points and your logo printed on the face of the disc. Compatible in any DVD player or computer. Neighborhood Tour $500.00 a 3-5 minute narrated tour of your town including, schools, shopping, transportation, parks/recreation. May include interviews with various people from the community. Travel $25.00 Distances greater than 60 miles from Pine Beach NJ requires a minimum of two (2) tours scheduled for the same day. Seasonal Edits $100.00 If property requires new footage due to seasonal changes there is a one time fee to re-shoot and re-edit. |
