Prior to the shoot
We communicate with the agent to set a date and time. Then
discuss the details they wished to be highlighted in the video
IE: hardwood floors, in ground pool, fenced in yard etc.
During The Shoot
Videotaping usually takes 1-2 hrs. (somewhat longer for
larger homes) and is shot on a tripod to eliminate shaky or
jerky movements.
After The Shoot
Your videos are professionally edited with titles, music,

linked to the Multiple Listing Service as well as Realtor.com
as a virtual tour. Videos are also uploaded to video/social
networking sites, such as Yahoo, Facebook, YouTube, and
